Safe shopping guarantee

Part 2: warranty and service work - All of our products come with a 2 year UK - European Union manufacturers warranty (Demo units 1 year). This warranty is valid without restrictions in the UK, Sweden and all other EU countries. You have the right to service your product free of charge at any manufacturers service centre in the UK or any EU country within the warranty period.

As an example, all your warranty and service needs for Gaggia in the UK are fulfilled directly by Gaggia UK Ltd in Halifax.

Warranty
All of our products come with a 2 year UK - European Union manufacturers warranty (Demo units 1 year). This warranty is valid without restrictions in the UK, Sweden and all other EU countries. You have the right the service your product at any manufacturers service centre in the UK or any EU country within the warranty period.

All service needs for NON-EU countries must be approved by us prior to the service work. You will receive a service authorization number from us.

How to deduct VAT
The prices you see on the site include VAT. This is what you pay if you order as a private individual in the UK, Sweden or any other country. The are no other taxes, duty charges (for EU countries) or anything like that. You pay what you see at the checkout when you confirm your order.

If you order as a EU business with your V.A.T. number (all EU countries, including the UK and Sweden), please include your VAT number in the V.A.T. number box in the order form. We will deduct 20% VAT from your purchase price. (purchase price divided by 1.20). No Vat deduction for coffee and food, Vat rate is zero for these categories.

You can see the VAT free charge at checkout. Your credit card will only be charged for the VAT-free amount. Please enter only your V:A:T: number without / . - or blank spaces.

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime. If the order is cancelled after we have shipped you can return the product at your own cost. In this case the Return Product Policy applies.

If you cancel an order you MUST insert the words CANCEL ORDER in the subject line of the email, together with your order number.

Money back guarantee
All products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Returned goods must be in perfect conditions, unused and undamaged. All returns must be packed using the original packaging materials. You need to return the product at your own cost.

For all purchases during December, the return right is extended until Jan 14th.

Products
We only sell brand-new and unused products. All electrical equipment (ie coffee machines) is equipped with the local electrical plugs.

Delivery times
Delivery times are 3 days within the UK and Ireland, 5 to 8 days to USA, Europe and Rest of World. Delivery times for lamps is about 2 weeks.

Payment with credit card
Credit cards: Payments can be made by Visa or Mastercard. Secure payment with our encrypted SSL server.

Payment by Bank Transfer

UK customers make payment in Pounds to HSBC Bank in London. All international customers make payment in Euro to Deutsche Bank in Germany. Note: all payments for coffee orders are made to Bank of Ireland in Ireland.

All orders by bank transfer receive a discount of 3%. We will send you the account details as soon as your order is ready for shipment. We will ship the goods after the bank has confirmed your payment.

Payment with Paypal
We also accept Paypal as a payment method. You can make a fund transfer or pay by credit or debit card.

We will send you our Paypal account details after we have received your order.

When we receive your payment notification from Paypal we will ship the goods.

Duties and Taxes
All deliveries to the UK and the EU (European Union) are duty free. Import duties to the USA and Canada are paid by us. Import duties for deliveries to all other countries are paid by our customers at delivery. Please contact your local customs office to inquire about the duty rate.

Below the import duty rate for our main overseas markets:

- USA: 4.3% - Japan: 5% - Australia: 15% - Hong Kong: free - Singapore: free

Prices
Our prices include VAT. This means that there are no additional charges for all shipments within Ireland, the United Kingdom or to any other EU country - you only pay what you see at checkout, no hidden charges! Swedish SEK, US Dollars etc are calculated using the exchange rate of the day.

If you have a COUPON, please insert it in the coupon field on the payment page and click on the apply button. This will recalculate your total taking the coupon discount into account.

Shipping

What is my shipping cost?

We use DHL and UPS as shipping partners.

We suggest the use of your office location as the ship-to address. Our experience shows that DHL and UPS can find office locations faster, there is also always somebody there to accept the parcel. This will result in a quicker delivery service. Our shipping partners deliver during office hours only.

Of course you can also use your home address. Make sure someone is at home (during office Hours) 2-4 days after you receive our shipping notification.

We offer delivery to all countries of the EU (Greece mainland only), USA, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, India, Russia. Some products like food and coffee can only be shipped within the UK and the EU.

You can see the shipping cost on the last page of the order module, before submitting payment information and before confirming your order.

Damaged shipments
If your merchandise was damaged in transit by DHL, please send an email within 5 days of delivery to the following email address, quoting your tracking number and saying "DAMAGE" in subject line, together with your order number. Please also copy us.

Please sign for all deliveries “with reserve” only. This way we can claim damages to the product that occurred during shipping which are not visible from the outside.

Shipment tracking
The day after we have shipped, you will receive a tracking number. This number allows you to see the status of your shipment on the DHL/Deutsche Post or UPS website.

For all UK customers who want to speak to DHL/Deutsche Post, to track your package within the UK, please call 08702 400072. Please specify that your shipment is a shipment by truck - Day Definite Road Express.
